Please log in to your Teachers2Parents account to secure your child's place. Please take note of the upcoming booking deadlines below:

  • For the Start of Term (Thursday 3rd September): You must complete your booking on Teachers2Parents by Friday 28th August.
  • For October Bookings: You must complete your bookings by Friday 25th September and then the Last Friday of each month, for the month ahead.

Safeguarding & Arrival Rules

The breakfast club will operate under the school’s standard safeguarding and behaviour policies. For the safety of all children, please adhere strictly to the following arrival rules:

  • Reception to Year 4: Pupils must be physically escorted to the entrance by a parent or carer. The adult must remain with the child until they have been formally handed over to a member of the breakfast club staff. Please do not drop your child off at the gate to walk in alone.
  • Years 5 and 6: Pupils are permitted to walk to and enter the breakfast club independently only if the school has already received written parental consent allowing them to walk to and from school alone.

Behaviour and Expectations

To ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children starting their day at breakfast club, please note:

  • If a pupil continually displays disruptive or unsafe behaviour, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) will contact parents to discuss the matter.
  • Persistent misbehaviour may result in the temporary or permanent withdrawal of the child's place in the club.
