ALL CLOTHING TO BE NAMED

2019/2020

Dear Parents/Carers

All children at Haydon Abbey take part in Forest School sessions throughout the year and need to have a kit with them for taking part, which must be something that can get dirty. The children cannot wear their school uniform or PE kit because of this.

As they take part in Forest School in the afternoon, they need to come to school in their school uniform and bring their Forest School clothes in a named bag to be hung on their peg.

Unfortunately, your child has not brought a kit with them for two or more weeks in a row. This has impacted their sessions meaning they cannot join in with all of the activities on offer. Therefore, please could you ensure that your child brings a suitable kit with them for their next session.

To take part in Forest School the children will need:

A warm long sleeved top

A waterproof coat

A pair of warm socks

A pair of leggings/tracksuit bottoms

A pair of sturdy boots or wellies

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.

Yours faithfully

Mrs D Winter

Cover Supervisor/Forest School Leader
