Family Support Services

The Family Support Service offers support to children, young people and families with children and young people aged 0 to 19 or up to 25 years with a special educational need or disability (SEND)

This support includes:

  • advice through the Family information Service
  • health service sessions at our Family Centres
  • information & advice drop in’s for parents and young people
  • support with issues affecting families.

‘Walking With You’ is a parent led support group for anyone supporting children and young people, up to the age of 25, experiencing mental health difficulties.  Mental health professionals from CAMHS will be on hand to offer support.

Young Carers Bucks

A young carer is a child between 5-16 who cares for a family member due to disability, illness, long term condition, poor mental health and / or addiction.
