Dear Parents and Carers
We are happy to announce that the Summer Term After School Clubs will be open for booking from 6pm TODAY (21/03/23).
We ask that you only book your child(ren) onto 2 clubs, unless you see an INVITIATION ONLY club on your list, which we ask you to prioritise, these children can book onto 3 clubs. Please only select the clubs that they are interested and excited to attend.
Should your child(ren) be unable to attend any session (ie dentist appointment after school) then you are required to notify the office in order for the club register to be updated.
We are now using a different provider to book the clubs and therefore ask you to click the link below (it is the same provider that you book your Parents Consultants through - https://haydonabbeyschool.schoolcloud.co.uk/).
Complete the information on the front page (ie title, name, child's name, dob etc) press login then click on Clubs & Events, then Summer Term After School Clubs.
It will show you your child(rens) name and what clubs are available for them.
Once you have submitted your request and providing there were spaces available (they are on a first come first serve basis) you will then receive a confirmation email from school cloud.
A reminder that the clubs start on Tuesday 25 April and will run through to Thursday 6 July.
