The Inclusion Team

We are very proud of well-resourced and highly skilled Inclusion Team. The school has invested heavily in developing our Inclusion Team as we recognise that many of our children present with potential barriers to learning which, without support, could lead to educational underachievement. We recognise that these barriers must be addressed if all of our children are going to thrive. The Inclusion Team work across the school supporting children with SEND, social and emotional needs and any other challenges that may otherwise interrupt learning.

As well as working with children 1:1 or in groups on targeted interventions, the Team play a very important role in staff development and training. Wherever possible children are supported within their classes with the Team advising on the adjustments needed to best support children’s learning and progress.
