Safer Recruitment Statement

• Vetting and Screening: The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Any offer of employment is conditional upon satisfactory completion of this check, the receipt of suitable references, and confirmation of eligibility to work in the UK. References will be requested and rigorously scrutinized prior to the interview stage.
• Suitability Check: We will conduct online searches for all shortlisted candidates, in line with statutory guidance (Keeping Children Safe in Education).
